From holding senior leadership positions at JLL Capital Markets Group and Staubach Retail to opening his own firm in 2016, David has represented institutions, Funds, high-net-worth families, individuals, and organizations for nearly thirty years, encompassing more than $8 billion in real estate transactions. David is renowned for his national retail knowledge, consultative workout negotiations, and advisory services spanning all types of commercial real estate. David has significant hands-on experience in how finance affects the real estate industry, to the point where financial engineering, as it relates to investment strategy, has become his sixth sense.
He has represented notable clients that include ExxonMobil, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Simon Property Group, Sloane Capital, CIII, LNR, Torchlight, CW Capital, TIAA-CREF, O’Neill Properties Group, Invesco, Prudential, Penn Mutual Life, NY Life, Wellsford Real Properties, Shorenstein, ECM, Duke Realty Investment Trust, and W&M Properties. David’s international experience includes representing Japan Leasing, Mitsui Fudosan, and Zhonghong, as well as multiple international companies based in the Pacific Rim.

Michael McCurdy
PRINCIPAL
With over 35 years of senior leadership experience in commercial real estate, Mike brings deep expertise across both the Investor and Occupier sides of the business, spanning all industry verticals and asset classes. A focus on client needs and highly integrated, collaborative teams has been central to his success throughout his career.
His executive career began at Trammell Crow Company, where he led their Corporate Outsourcing business, managing relationships with over 30 clients headquartered in the Northeast with regional, national, and global portfolios. From there, he joined JLL, building the firm's Philadelphia Market practice from the ground up and expanding its service lines to include Capital Markets, Industrial, and Construction. He was subsequently recruited to lead Cushman & Wakefield's Philadelphia office, accelerating growth across all sectors; following that success, his role expanded to lead the firm's Baltimore and Pittsburgh markets as well.
His client list is extensive and includes Exxon Mobil, Siemens, ProLogis, Pfizer, GSK, and Jefferson Health, among many others.
Outside of his professional work, he remains active in community and professional organizations and is frequently invited to speak on industry panels and at Villanova University. An avid open water swimmer and skier, he also enjoys travel and time with family.
